Educate you about the system you are purchasing by providing the essentials in writing before you sign a contract
Uphold your legal rights for cooling-off periods and refunds including cancellations
Provide a minimum 5-year warranty to all our products, with up to 25 years warranty for specific products
Fully inform you about how we will install your system, how we connect the network and the processes involved in both
Provide you with all required documentation after we have installed the system
Adhere to all existing legislation and regulations, and are accountable for our subcontractors’ actions too
Have a fair, transparent complaints process and respond within 21 days of you making a complaint
