  • Uphold your legal rights for cooling-off periods and refunds including cancellations
  • Provide a minimum 5-year warranty to all our products, with up to 25 years warranty for specific products
  • Fully inform you about how we will install your system, how we connect the network and the processes involved in both
  • Provide you with all required documentation after we have installed the system
  • Adhere to all existing legislation and regulations, and are accountable for our subcontractors’ actions too
  • Have a fair, transparent complaints process and respond within 21 days of you making a complaint
