The initial visit We will come to your property to check your roof’s structure, identify any access issues our installers might have and determine the best place to fit your system. When installing the panels we usually look for a north-facing position on your roof, away from any trees or shade.

We will then check your switchboard and your power meter to determine whether your site is powered by single or three-phase power. Important: Please have your latest power bill ready before we arrive. Your power bill has a unique National Metering Identifier (NMI) number on it, usually about 10 or 11 digits. This helps us to pair your solar system with the electricity grid.
02. Proposing a design Depending on the size of your home and the number of people living there, we will propose the system that works best for you. A typical family home uses 20kWh of energy a day, so in this instance a 5kW solar system would meet most of this house’s needs. We will then position your solar panels in a way that best aximises electricity generation.

To do this, we will send one of our Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited installers. Once the installation is complete, we will arrange for a Licensed Electrical Inspector to come and inspect your new system. If everything is in good working order, they will provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety (CES). All systems installed by us come with a comprehensive warranty.
